Alright, Stever20. I took your criticism seriously and this is the best I can tweak without other things getting even more out of whack. I do admit it looks better top to bottom. The tweak satisfies your beef with Boise over Cincinnati, but any tweaking to get Appalachian causes worse problems. Just could maybe probably possibly be Appalachian State is supposed to be ranked ahead of Cincinnati.

I do like the tweak inspired by you. And it will make even better sense as the remaining SOS of Cincy and App start to take over each of the remaining games. App only besting UC by 7 points now, anyway.
