One of the deep water rigs in the gulf is being moved to Africa. Once gone it will not come back, the cost to move is expensive and the cost to take it offline to move makes this a permanent move. Any oil this rig produces will be for the benefit of a foreign country. Drill here Drill NOW! is just one change that needs to happen before energy costs cripple the economy again.
