that is the old East Texas State. they are lucky to still be around after falling enrollment for so many years and almost being shut down in the 80's. I'm glad to see them still plugging away. the SLC would be good for them because of the east Texas rivalries they could generate some fan interest in. It would not make much sense for them to be playing schools in utah and seattle.
