Way to go Grand Canyon! Representing the WAC!

Grand Canyon was a little better than us and deserved to win the tournament championship.

But, boy, what a turn-around season for our program by a first-year coach!!! Was not quite expecting this. Looks like KT has the right stuff. Our team got better as the season went along, which is a sign of a good coach.

Indeed, UTA rose to the occasion at the end of the season and became a real force. We had three very competitive WAC schools at season end; GCU, UTA, and Tarleton. You should be proud of a good year. Congrats.

GCU represented The WAC well. I was really hoping they would beat Bama, they played a good game. Next year should be exciting. This conference has real potential
