I don't know how the Texans turned the tide, but they are very talented and have made that momentum shift this year.

"Inexplicable". Yeah, I'm sure that's the word Figger used in the locker room afterward.

I don’t know. But having spent a great deal of time in stephenville I can probably make a pretty good guess what it may have been.

Matt Figger said during the press conference that he needs to give a clinic on how to choke "big leads away."

Losing Ahren Freeman did not help any plus calling a time out near the 10-minute mark did not help up 17 as Tarleton started their comeback.

Look, the dude came in trying to play bully and he got bullied. He’d get DUNKED on, shove somebody, then he’d get shoved back twice as hard by a guy half his size. Oh, the frustration, as you could see he wasn’t accustomed to such things. It got the better of him. Since he couldn’t punk our players, he started jawing at the crowd. Didn’t think they allowed F-BOMBS at ACU? Anyhoo, getting out-F-Bombed by a fan in the stands was the final straw so he took it out on an innocent chair. That was it! The referee had seen enough and kicked him to the curb. I mean, seriously, who does that to a poor little chair?!

You obviously don't know Simmons, but your commentary is noted.

I don't think your opinion proves it one way or the other. It rarely holds any real value anyway. I have seen your fans for years and know there is more to the story than what you are saying. But who cares, this thread is about basketball.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. Y’all brought it up. You started it, we finished it. Again. 03-nerner

Your thoughts are empty just like your opinions because we didn't bring anything up but a question. You chimbed in with a lame story and now acting like a child who has to win when there was no contest. Should I throw in a nanny nanny booboo emoji?

RE: WAC MEN’S BASKETBALL WEEK #11
I’m liking the substitution pattern Coach Jones has been using the past few games. We are seeing more consistent time for Jackson, Domingos, Moussa and Lewis. We seem to now have a nine man rotation so I think we are fresher at the end of games, which was critical for winning at UTRGV.

Coach Jones seems to be growing into his new role and so I am more much comfortable with him at the helm than I once was. Still hoping for Gillespie’s return but I think we are in good hands.

I think your ability to rotate at the end and get production definitely put you over the top with us. You just out rebounded us, out blocked us, out paced us in bench points, fast-break points and 2nd chance points. Especially in those tight, physical, games...It's those little things that make a huge difference.

**It has been our struggle to get equal production off the bench this year that has really made the difference in close games.**

Very happy with what Jones is getting from this bunch. He is playing guys off the bench that normally would stay there to rot with Billy.

I really like Jackson and his potential. If he can gain some strength this offseason, we add a true 5, Jackson can be one of the top 4’s in the WAC. He’s so long and quick.

Jackson needs to significantly improve his shooting and needs to be more aggressive. Domingoes and Inocentti will be the key players next year if they stay.

Gaddy and Smith will be missed as they are a level above everyone else on the team. Hopefully we will do well in recruiting.

Jones is doing a good job so far. I think Billy Clyde is done caoching and will concentrate on his health. If we can land a star coach go for it, but if not Jones deserves a shot.

Alot will depend if the multiple time transfer rule is out. Domingos was at a New Mexico JuCo and then UTA last year. In theory, he'd have to sit a year before transferring again.
