Yes he should’ve played the5 down the stretch when shaver was in, and we would’ve won. Bad coaching.

That was ugly basketball from both sides. If either team played remotely average they would be way ahead.

Very serendipitous that I haven’t had a chance to watch the game yet, I turn it finally on, we have the ball for our last possession, and Eric Gaines holds the ball for 10 seconds, drives to the baseline 1 on 2 (3 on 1 if you count the baseline as a defender) and he predictably dribbles it out of bounds. He didn’t even look to pass. Doesn’t seem like AK even tried to call a set play.

That possession is Our team in a nutshell.

I turned the game off immediately. Good luck blazers. I just can’t take anymore after this week

I'm trying to be optimistic but it's not easy.

Ortiz should be the last man off the bench right in front of shaver. He’s been terrible. Gaines is no where near a point guard what people say to defend him - but AK’s refusal to recruit a point guard since he’d been here has left us in this position

Yes and yes. He's laughably sloppy but our only perimeter offense. Not impressed with any of our guards at this point.
