Why does Congress need to see the tax returns of a President that left office nearly two years ago? Gonna be great to see Hunter's taxes that omit income from Burisma. Now that is why you would look at tax returns. When the President's son was on the payroll of a corrupt gas company in a country we are sending $40billion to fight a war with one of our enemies.

Well the IRS has had them and not acted on them. So unless Congress is full of tax code experts I don't know what they expect to find

They will spin, like they always do. But then again, their followers are so stupid, as is shown everyday on this forum, they will say Trump isn't REALLY a Billionaire because his tax returns don't show $Billion+ as income on his taxes.

I'm not worried about the tax returns of the billionaire who became a public servant.. I want to see the tax returns of the public servants that became millionaires while in office.

It was shortly after he became POTUS.

Maddow did a 30 minute special on it, filibustered for 20 minutes then showed it live on MSNBC and nobody cared.

Leftists were screaming at her on twitter to stop the feed because the return was proving Trump paid more in taxes than several of the largest companies (Amazon included) combined.

Maddow is a Rhodes Scholar and was unable to read the thing. Goes to show how sharp Academia is. How do I know she couldn't read it you ask? Because she showed it to everyone to see on Cable Television.

Even Stephen Colbert (!!!!!) tried to gently tell Maddow she was wasting her time. But she had a lot of personal pride invested in that “bombshell” and she couldn’t let go of it. Last time I heard her mention it, she was still insisting it was a major story and she gave it the appropriate level of attention. Whatever.
