Do you really believe Trump ever actually filed paperwork for a loan?

As to the bold unless you can show me where the IRS or federal government has filed changes. Those rumors or supposedly are just made up. The man has been investigated more than any person on earth.

Show me the proof or stop with the "rumors or supposedly"

As for this "undervalues for tax evasion" undervaluing something on your taxes will only hurt you...residential rental property is depreciated at a rate of 3.636% each year for 27.5 years. The only thing you are paying the IRS for is INCOME so unless Trump was lying about INCOME on his taxes I fail to see your point.

He can't do math...most Democrats can't...they think 1+1=5 and men can be women, et cetera, because that's what their publik skewls "taught" them...don't be too hard on him, just give him his sucker and let him have his tantrum at the store checkout like he wants to...

this almost has a cusa 2.0 vibe working ... lmao...

well, dayum ... nuts zongo and him may have another thingy in common...

I had to pay some taxes but I tried to pay the least possible. My first accountant always wanted to play it safe. Of course like most people the IRS scared the crap out of me. That lasted about 5 years then I fired him and the first question I asked when deciding on who to replace him....

are you one of those people that play it safe or push up to the limits. The person who wanted to get me every penny back that I paid is who I hired. Then I took it a step even farther. If you have any question of "maybe" on if I can deduct. That's a yes to me and if the IRS thinks otherwise I will deal with it then.

I never wanted to give the SOBs a penny more than I had to. No telling what some people that always play it safe is just giving away. To be honest thats the way most people getting a W2 plays it.

I bet Trump didnt play it safe and that doesnt mean he broke any laws by making the IRS do their job and prove why he owed them that extra penny

that's why I love ya from afar, Guns!

Ima not even digging through 50 posts.

But what does anyone expect to find in a tax return done by a third or fourth party?

That and this stupidity was apparently generated by the Natl Archives for clearly political reasons.

Clear insanity

But, hey. Loons gonna loon I guess.

Freaks

Tennis is doing his best to distract and deflect from this disaster that his blue crew perpetrated yesterday. It won't work, but he represents the short bus crowd from Memphis so it's understandable.

Which is standard practice in the industry. Hell, if you own your own house, you probably do the same. And it is extremely unlikely that Donald Trump would have any personal involvement in either the tax or loan document preparation.

This is beyond the pale, even as a fishing expedition.

Valuation is a subjective concept. Even experts can differ widely on value. In bot the tax and loan cases, the other (taxing authority or lender) always as the opportunity to obtain its own valuation, and is frequently required to do so. So hard to see where the criminal act is there. And if there is a criminal act, it is even harder to imagine that Donald Trump is the actor.

Rumors of tax fraud in real estate have followed Trump for decades. Supposedly his M.O. is overinflating the value of his assets for loan purposes, and then flips it around and undervalues for tax evasion purposes.

It's literally impossible to personally over value a real estate holding for loan purposes. It's based on income and expenses. The people making the loan look at that, it's called a CAP rate. And your next sentence makes no sense. It's wholly irrelevant if a property you own is worth 1 dollar or 2. You don't owe the government more either way. If your house was worth 400K and now the county says it's worth 700K or you refinance at 700K you don't owe Uncle Sam any more money. How ******* stupid are you TDS loons.

In commercial real estate you make $ 2 ways, sell or refinance.

Of course. As you have repeatedly observed...the Dems are better at playing politics than the Reps. This is political at its core.

Of course it is. There is NO obligation for the POTUS to make them public. Others have done so voluntarily. Thats on them.

How much you want to bet that if Trump does not run for POTUS in 24 that this issue will suddenly disappear? This is purely political.

This isn't only about Trump. They want to cut off his entire family from future political involvement.

I'm sorry, but I want the republicans to get better at playing politics. They are useless in their present mode.

It never ceases to amaze me how little Leftists know about the goings on in the "real world". They take info from a blog of somebody that knows nothing and regurgitate it on a message board as a truth. Anyone that thinks and states that a billionaire goes to a lender and "states" what his real estate is worth to procure a 9 digit loan must live in a room with his grandma. Donald Trumps taxes are ad solid as anyone's taxes on the planet. And in case you're wondering they are not going to say his income is over $1billion/year either.

If you ask OP what he expects to find on a tax return, guarantee you he'd have to google it to find a reply.
