Up in that part of NC, trailers go for $300,000. Ridiculously overpriced.

I rented a VERY old and outdated 3BR/2BA house (around 2,000sqft) in Asheville... barely inside of city limits. 15 minutes from downtown. $2,200 a month.

Nice try. He sold his house in NC and rented the MH. His only other address at the time was DC. If that is the case, EVERY congress person LIVES outside their district because they have an address in DC. There was no where else for him to put as a residence, and he was no longer in Congress. This story is coming from a Landlord. As if the landlord knows the everyday actions of a tenant. The law states he only needs to spend one night at the place. He now owns a home in South Carolina. He voted one time with that address absentee because he was in DC. Struggling.
