They’re short handed but I really think they’ll be fine and win 3 of the 4.

Tough week ahead... But after watching how they won at Hitachi St, the Coogs showed me they have the mental toughness to handle it, they won't concede any of these games.

Most important game is the next one, time to put some distance between UH and SMU.

these would be fair complaint if this was an anomaly schedule (a random easy schedule).... but ecu always schedules horribly... i dont think ive ever seen a not horrible ecu schedule

its comping of ecu to ecu .. not ecu to nc state...

with that statement im guessing you still want dooley fired? even with a wichita loss i think i would want to see what dooley does next year...in part becuase ecu isnt guaranteed some top-notch coach..your team on paper looks to be the best ecu team (if everyone returns)

There's your big if. Also, Dooley is going into the final year of his contract with a 250k bonus he's due on July 1 if he's still employed. Lame-duck years are always stupid, and extra stupid if you are going to pay him 250k on top of his 1 million salary to coach a lame duck. For me to want to see him extended here's what it would take.

you also have the portal and multiple ships to play with as is ...gut feeling atleast 1 of your deep bench freshmen enters the portal

newton, suggs, tabbs, frink, sophomore felton, sophomore johnson .. Is a nice core.. TRW and Debuat have experience if they come back

note josh carlton said he would have gone to ecu when he entered the portal who is probably #3 in the POY race .. imagine if he came and tabbs was healthy .. but also imaghine what he could pick up in this years portal

even with a wichita loss, id still want dooley back.. even if he flopped next year, the potential of a breakout year right now for ecu looms to large to pass up with ecu's history.. id probably just put a very low buyout on the contract
