Honestly. That's the type of stuff that just piles on to the perception of ineptness. Like, the schedule has been a huge deal. Everyone's been sitting around wondering and waiting. You've had how many chances and how many employees to QC the document before release?

Lawyers will be earning their checks in the next few months on both sides. Putting out this schedule to show that the remaining 11 schools are financially affected by the early departures by lost of revenue from home games and finding replacement games.

If you are one of the 11 remaining schools, I get your frustrations at us for leaving.

But I would not get excited, in fact I'd be pissed at my own conference for putting my school in this scenario, they are going to be forced to have to reorganize eventually and it's by this action, releasing a bunk schedule, it's going to end up causing more grief to you in the long run.

Well lets see, JMU was going to be on the same 2023 schedule that ODU/USM/Marshall was on, but it got moved up. How much of a petty fit did the CAA throw?

Man, I bet there’s a fight in the Marshall AD about who gets to call CUSA HQ and say “We need to talk about the schedule you released”

So my assumption is they are going to tie this up until March 1 and then when the Sun Belt releases their schedule with them on it, they’ll add the Sun Belt on to the lawsuit.

The nastier this gets, the better in my opinion. What do we have to lose?

Honestly I’m kinda happy that CUSA is sticking to their guns. It should be fun to watch this play out.

Nah. We have notice of our intent to breach in December. If CUSA wants to pretend it didn’t happen and cause more hardships that’s not on us.

What the CAA did, especially ghosting the athletes on their petition was really bad. Perhaps CUSA is tied at the moment with the CAA with their schedule release after the schools have publically announced they were leaving. Emotions at moment give the worst title to CUSA.

I mean the AAC 6 leaving don't care. If it embarrasses the conference, we already got picked up by the AAC before the sun belt chose from the other 8 left . We won't be in cusa after the year

If cusa doesn't keep the sb3, it will get reorganized. Meanwhile we can enjoy the drama and more complaining by the 3 fanbases who have done it the most over the years anyways.
