Oh...I think thats coming...eventually. First, you have to start flipping people and I suspect that has already begun. There are no doubt lots of documents and email trails. Lets not forget---I suspect there are plenty of internal email/text trails that indicate that everyone who signed those FISA requests knew good and well there was no Trump campaign collusion, that the Steele dossier was unverified fake Russian misinformation, and that is was paid for by the DNC. There will also likley be email/text trails indicating that they knowingly decided to omit exculpatory evidence from the request. Thats a felony....its perhaps even sedition---if the intent is to undermine a sitting president (which it almost certainly was).

The hits keep coming.

There are major Brady violations in this case. At a minimum that should allow him to withdraw his plea. At that point, the DOJ should drop the charges. This could be a case of malicious prosecution. I hope the DOJ does the right thing and drops the charges. If not, then the court may dismiss them due to the governments misconduct.
