Navy's 29,616 is 673% of the Brigade of Midshipmen.

Tulsa's 22,429 is 706% of the undergraduate enrollment

We are 4th right now with two FCS teams and coming off four years of losing seasons. Attendance for Thursday may be around the same number; students will have a great turnout but a lot of our alumni can not make Thursday night games do to work and having to travel from Raleigh, Charlotte, and Tidewater VA areas. USF game will have a great crowd (hope its not a noon kickoff)

Ouch!

Who do you think you are? The Florida Gators? (Who has played two Div I-AA teams in each of the last 2 seasons).

That makes selling tix a tad harder to do.

PS. Do you think ECU will be bowl eligible this year? They will have to win 7 games this season since they can only count one of the I-AA victories for bowl eligibility?

South Carolina was scheduled to play in Greenville this year until they moved it to 2021. Virginia Tech famously cancelled.

We could possibly make a bowl at 6-6 and a waiver if there aren't enough eligible teams. That might be a stretch.

4) ECU 36,106 (2)
5) usf 35,641 (3)
6) Navy 29,619 (2)
7) Houston 29,630 (1)*
8) Temple 29,361 (3)
9) Tulsa 22,429 (2)
10) UCONN 21,378 (2)
11) SMU 20,118 (2)
12) Tulane 18,718 (3)

*Houston sold their previously scheduled home game vs Washington St to a neutral site location...hence why NCAA does not count it as a home game for UH.

I promise I'm not making excuses, but I'm hearing from the Memphis faithful that they are still having scanner issues.

Things to do in Greenville, NC:

Not really a good excuse, because those opponents show how big or small your fanbase really is. If temple or usf had played 2 fcs opponents then that could be a valid argument. But neither have near the fan base of ECU. ECU probably has the largest G5 fan base after BYU, there could be someone else missing....but certainly not Temple or USF.

Ah...yeah...there is a very good reason why Tulane will never average 35,000 a game...its probably because your stadium has 25,000 seats (capacity of 30,000).

https://news.tulane.edu/pr/tulane-names-...an-stadium

From link above

To date, the university has raised $45 million of the $55 million needed to construct the stadium, which will have 25,000 seats, and a total capacity of 30,000. Tulane is raising the money through private donations via the Home Field Advantage campaign.

I think you missed the part where he said "even if our stadium can't hold it currently."

It would be no different than a UCF fan saying I think UCF could average 50,000 even if our stadium can't hold it currently.

Yeah

SMU openly admits

We won’t ever be much for attendance.

I mean, 5 schools in the conference have attendance higher than the official capacity of our stadium.

I’m Jewish and not lower middle class. We don’t go to Myrtle. Not my ‘brethren’.

LOL what is the point of saying you’re Jewish?? I’ll let “not lower middle class” slide because Myrtle Beach is a shithole. But come on dude that’s probably the douchiest post I’ve ever read on here.

We have our own beaches nearby. We don't need to drive hours to ******* Myrtle Beach.

Didn’t answer the question lol but ok have fun in Cape May nobody here cares how much money you have.

Cape May stinks btw. I've been stationed all over the coast. Nothing beats NC beaches. Some rural Cali and Fl beaches are pretty awesome too.

Show me where I claimed we have the biggest G5 fanbase.
