If these are "official" meetings and end of year evaluations, at what point is their cause to fire if he keeps skipping out on them? It seems between this and the comments by his attorney a case is at least beginning to build. I am probably grasping at straws but in most professions if you decide to miss back to back meetings with superiors then you are probably gonzo...
