Nah. A coach's job is 50% teaching, 40% motivation, and 10% in-game strategy. Men and women are motivated completely differently. Geno is perfect where he is.

I guess it speaks to what a considerable drop off it is after the handful of programs that compete for the title; no middle ground.

Congratulations to the women's team returning to postseason play after a long absence. Let's hope this is something they can build upon. Successfully competing in multiple sports is nearly essential to power conference aspirations.

I am going to guess that drawing Michigan State is a tough draw, but it would be nice to see the woman's team make an NIT run.

Based on the bracket, it's considered a 5-12. Winner plays the winner of Toledo Wright State.

Congratulations to the women. It's a positive step forward. You have to start somewhere.

Women's NIT has 64 teams. So it's not as elite as the men's NIT (which has 32).
