SEC Week Five
I think I've finally come off the high of that exhilarating win over La Tech. What time to be alive. Anyway, I might as well start a discussion thread for this week.
Vandy @ UF - Florida is bad but I have them in an ugly game 23-15
NMSU @ Arkansas - Arkansas 38, NMSU 10
UGA @ Tennessee - UGA 28, UT 13
Eastern Michigan @ Kentucky - UK 40, EM 14
Miss State @ Auburn - MSST bounces back, beats Auburn 31-21
Troy @ LSU -LSU 35, Troy 7
South Carolina @ TAMU - I want to believe but I don't see it, TAMU 38, SC 28
Ole Miss @ Alabama - Alabama 52, Ole Miss 17
It's still a little early, but I think next week I'll start looking at potential bowl teams and bowl destinations as well.

If Bert loses to those Aggies, he'll need a fire resistant windbreaker on for sure.
I can already hear the booing from the hill.

I really hate being this way. But I've grown very tired of Bielema. It's three games into the season and I'm already ready for it to be over.

I want to see Kelley throw some balls against NMSU. Austin has list my confidence when the games get late. Also, why wait this long to start using Kelley and Chase? That's another mistake from the HC.

Vandy @ Florida: Florida just barely in a defensive struggle.
NMSU @ Arkansas: Hogs big. Yawn!
UGA @ Tennessee: That Georgia D is better than I thought. Dawgs.
E.Michigan @ Kentucky: Cats
Miss St. @ Auburn: Auburn has a pretty good D too and I'm a homer. Auburn
Troy @ L.S.U.: Troy may be better than Syracuse, but I still like L.S.U.
S. Carolina @ A&M: Once again injury has struck the Cocks' key personnel. A&M
Ole Miss @ Bama: They're going to need more toddies than Hotties because Bama will be on a mission to humiliate them.

Doesn't seem like a lot of opportunity for surprises this weekend
This is A&Ms last chance for a SEC win till Ole Miss. On paper we should win this but never underestimate Sumlin's ability to screw up a "should win" game.

Quote:Winless Florida State takes on undefeated Wake Forest (3:30 p.m. ET Saturday, ABC). In the history of football, these words have never been uttered before this week, and it's likely that they never will again.

I once coached Wake Forest in NCAA Football, forget which year it was. I won back to back national championships. It can be done!

RE: SEC Week Five
Friday night games have been dull so far
BYU goes up 21-0 early on Utah State, then loses starting QB. Then loses backup QB. USU up 33-24 early in 4th.
The other games were blowouts.
Hope SC vs WSU is interesting.

I love a good PAC 12 upset and this game has that written all over it.
Wazzu is up 10-7 early in the 2nd quarter. It's been an interesting game so far.

The unequivocal beat down the Dawgs put on the Vols this Saturday is just the irredeemable L needed to ensure Butch gets his walking papers

It would be hard to see it another way. I figured you would be as happy as a Vol could be after a 41 point loss.

I expect the inevitable Bama loss to be Butch's final game

The Gus Bus rolls on due to the fact the MSST and LSU were highly overrated

Add Ed Orgeron to the list of coaches who could be in trouble.
