I take large doses of Netflix.
I took large doses of UFC Fight Pass last night. Didn't get in bed until about 0230 and was still up at 0600. Gonna be a long day.

You should probably be careful with statements like that in a thread like this.
I spent some time in Harrisonburg today, super people up there.

Most of us cringe at the thought of a prostate exam (yes freaks, I know your out there too).
Before you visit the doc, try out one of the over the counter supplements like super beta prostate or something.
I tried the wal-mart generic version and WOW does it work.
I took a piss tonight and it was like Niagara falls. And I have not felt such relief after a piss in many, many years. It was like a flashback to 20 years ago. I'm also sleeping though most of the night the last few days.
Again, I took the cheap brand, and I've only been on it about 2 weeks. The results are REMARKABLE.
Ok since were tsalking uncomfortable stuff I'm going to throw my two cents in...
I had some digestive issues which I was 90% sure were dietary. I tried some supplements and it helped but still, in the back of my mind I felt like something was off.
So even though colonoscopies are not recommended until 50 I pushed my doctor to refer me for one at the age of 40. I went in, had the procedure done, and they found three polyps which were starting to show some signs of being precancerous.
Each of them had a 1/5 chance of becoming a tumor in the next decade, so overall I had about a 60% chance of having colo-rectal cancer before I hit 50.
To sum it up... Don't be shy about getting stuff checked out, advocate for testing even if you're "too young".

pops had 90+ percent blockage at the age of 63.....yeah, he's stubborn too....luckily, it was benign and removed.....I had to ask him, "how in THEE hell could you take a shite w/o splatter?"

RE: weak stream up 10 times a night
Funny but I just had blood taken for tests that the doctor said she needed. My prostrate numbers were okay but my diabetes numbers were 6.5 and 7.0 is diabetic. My wife had a cow because diabetes runs in my family and a brother even lost both legs. Seeing that I sure don't want to go that route I listened to her and am on a managed diet. The original reason for seeing the doctor was my BP was over 200 over 100 something. Doc wanted me to head to the ER immediately and since I'm not into that kind of stuff she said to start on Aldopidine, 5mg's and later now she told me to take 5 in the am and 5 in the pm. I just took my BP and it was 122/75 so those pills worked wonders. I piss a lot some times at night but I attribute it to my water drinking habits. I just love the taste of cold icy water and I am always drinking water and my urine is very clear most times.
We sound like old people sharing our ailments, LOL.

Simple blood test. SBP and other supplements and RX effect the score.

Incorrect. The only meds that I know of that lower the psa are finasteride and dutasteride (proscar and avodart). Plus the psa isn't the most reliable test.

We took the prostate out of a 36 year old about 4 months ago due to cancer. Youngest patient I've ever seen with prostate cancer.

Age, genetics, and just bad luck. There's no definite lifestyle link to prostate cancer. If you have a brother with prostate cancer then that is a very strong risk factor.
I have a pair of identical twin patients, one who had prostate cancer and we took his gland out and he's cured, and the other who has a PSA in the 20s and 30s whom we have biopsies about 6 times and still have never found any cancer.

That's what she said, Doc, but I nixed the idea. After a few weeks of Aldopidine I'm starting to feel like I used to, that is, fine. Very few anxiety attacks if that's what it's called. You know, heart skippage. I feel good now but I guess losing 10 pounds helps too.
Dang, I'm looking so good I get jealous of the guy reflected in my mirror.

Most are diabetic 10 years prior to being "diagnosed " as such. So I'd drop as many lbs and get off all the sugar asap. Diabetes just opens up Pandora's Box to health concerns.
As far as the Kroger bottled water,... how do you think those are filled? Tap water and sitting in a LTL truck or warehouse in 100 degree temp is releasing a bunch of chemicals from those bottles into that h20 as well.
Just saying...
