No lines obviously, but we have two FCS games this week:
Alabama A&M at South Alabama
Arkansas-Pine Bluff at Arkansas State

The interesting thing with ULM USM is whether the off week not playing helped ULM or if we would have been better had we played FSU. Obviously, we will probably be healthier, but have only played one game. Having them at home definitely helps though.

I think it'll be a nail bitter with a tied score late.

That line sounds suspect to me. No way BYE scores that little against us.

Southern Fans are just amazing . . . I think all of you must be Bi-Polar . .
You're either manic, walking around thumping your chests as the coming of "The greatest Show on Turf."
or Depressed, acting like it's "The End of The World" and you'll never win a game again.
I'd love to have the pharmaceutical concession in Statesboro. . . . cha-Ching . .

I know it's hard as hell to impart sarcasm in a written post on here but let me clarify it just for you. I was being sarcastic.

I took CCU to cover, ULL and TAM on the Over, and ULM money line.
The other games I wouldn't be confident enough in. Idaho could decide they know how to play football again and generally play up to their competition on the road lately. App could win by 24, but the game plan isn't really ideal to cover 24 points. 39 points is a large margin as well.
I'm not sure what to think about Troy or NMSU thus far.

We have a pretty savvy fan base (for the most part). We've been pretty good for most of our existence, therefore we know what a good team looks like. We have a good sense of when something is off, even if we don't precisely know what it is. Right now, it's pretty freaking obvious ... there are no nuances involved.
When we stink, we recognize it. We won't (in general), blow smoke to the contrary. If we say we're pathetic, you can pretty much take it to the bank.
So far, this is the worst start I've seen since I have been a fan (1984). I'm hoping the ending isn't the same as the first chapter ... but there is a LOT of improvement to be had in order for there to be even modest improvement.

Sarcasm or not, what you said is pretty true! Thankfully we're getting less of the chest thumping now.

I like Troy to cover against NMSU, but just barely. Probably a 8-9 point Trojan win.
