The title of this thread and the article is false, misleading, a lie and fake news. Meant for only click bate. The woman was already in custody and being held in detention when she started complaining of headaches. The article provided says so. I hope it gets worked out for her to see her family.

The woman came here illegally.

The woman was caught and given a time frame to complete documents seeking asylum.

The woman decided she didn't feel like filling out paperwork, apparently.

The woman was detained for deportation as order by a judge.

The woman gets headaches while being detained.

They take her to the hospital and find out she has a tumor.

They are going to operate on her and try and save her.

Detained illegal immigrants can't contact people by phone. They can have visitors.

Her lawyers and family don't seem to care enough to actually come and see her.

If, as you implied, they had drug her out of a hospital, that would be bad. They didn't. Quite the opposite, the generous US of A is going to give her potentially life saving brain surgery, which I'm sure she has no means to pay for. She probably knew she had the tumor when she came here and knew her chance to get free, quality healthcare was worth breaking the law.

Why the dig at Christianity? I'm not a christian btw. Enforcing immigration has nothing to do with religion. Just seems like misplaced anger to me to blame Christianity.
