I wish Chip well. Sucks to lose an ace recruiter that the players really liked but it says a lot that schools like Notre Dame are coming after our assistants. Good for the culture of the program.

Gotta replace him with a quality recruiter. Chip was OC, but in title only. Norvell runs that offense and calls the plays. Don't worry about an Xs and Os guy - we need someone who can recruit the fringe 4-stars and the 3-stars with low-end SEC, Big 12, and ACC offers.

We need an established recruiter, someone who has been recognized for their recruiting prowess on a national level.
