All UT football fans are welcome to attend the Alumni Association pregame party, where the varsity band and cheerleaders will join us in The Upper Terrace Suite in Guaranteed Rate Field (home of the Chicago White Sox).
We are also offering a bus trip that will transport our alumni and friends to the game and pregame party. The cost of the bus trip includes bus rental, tolls, parking, driver tip, your game ticket, the pregame party, hotel accommodations at the Ameristar Hotel and Casino for Wednesday night and a hot breakfast buffet on Thursday morning.

Mainly for athletic donors and season ticket holders who wish to purchase their seats through the Athletic Department

The menu for the pregame party is:
-Spinach and apple salad with toasted walnuts, chevre cheese and red onions with a cider vinaigrette
-Italian chopped salad with grilled chicken, bacon, blue cheese, tomato and pasta with a honey Dijon vinaigrette
-Maple-glazed turkey with cranberry apricot chutney and sage gravy
-Slow-roasted prime rib with natural jus and horseradish cream
-Penne pasta with spicy marinara, Asiago cream, mushrooms, fresh basil and shaved Parmesan
-Garlic mashed potatoes garnished with chives
-Bistro roasted vegetables with the season’s finest fresh herbs and olive oil
-Assorted artisan rolls and butter
-Coffee and a selected of herbal teas
-Assorted cookies and brownies
-A cash bar will be available.
Our busses will depart from UT’s Scott Park Campus at 1 p.m. EST from Parking Lot 21, with the pregame party scheduled from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m., prior to the 7 p.m. CST kickoff. We anticipate returning to campus at approximately 2:30 p.m. EST on Thursday, November 10.
Because the Alumni Association is contractually bound for bus rental, facility rental and catering charges, we will unfortunately be unable to provide refunds for any cancellations. No exceptions.
Bus space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A total of 100 seats are available. The pregame party is limited to the first 400 reservations which includes the 100 bus seats.
The deadline to make reservations for the bus trip is November 4, or until all seats are filled. Complete, non-refundable payment in full must be received with your reservation. Pregame party reservations will be accepted until room capacity is reached.
