I think the only real two-sided-controversy about PJ as a coach exists here. Everywhere else, it's pretty much wide-range Acceptance. And why shouldn't it be? We're winning and clearly on our way Up. I don't see why folks would dislike him because he relates to his players and is just like them -- and gets wins out of it with always a good recruiting class.

Aside from the man-love for Cubit and/or getting caught up in the PJ-divorce controversy -- I can't see how anyone would have anything more negative than eye-rolling but with a smile about him. And that's pretty much the worse you'll see outside CSN. Anything worse would be like Purdue fans getting PO'd that a winning head coach didn't have a big moustache.

Todd, best I can tell, there's some folks upset because they have inside information. We aren't privy to that, so we can't come to the same conclusions. It's probably talked about openly at DB's private board, but I have no idea how to get in over there.
