I agree.....but, uh, they have to go out to do their business and EVERY day isn't hot and humid, but thanks for playing.

How long does that usually take ?

A few minutes when its hot and humid and a very long time when it's not.

I want one of the smaller bungalow houses on Rosemary Ln...they go for under 200k, and that's about the cheapest you'll find.

Then you actually would live in central gardens.

BTW central gardens inventory is low right now for sub 400k houses - lots of houses under contract and going on the market for a day or two.

Central and Melrose (where I live) is Central Gardens...

as usual you don't know what you're talking about.

if you live in the venue (aka university towers) you are in annesdale snowden . The brubakers who live next to you are the end of central gardens. west of melrose and south of central is annesdale-snowden. your apartment building looks over central gardens but it ain't part of the neighborhood.

Yeah, and more importantly, living in "Central Gardens" (especially when one has a condescending tone about it) actually means "living" in a home in Central Gardens. Not living in an old high rise next to Lamar Avenue.

Heck, residents of the Continental Apartments can use your logic and claim to be "residents of Central Gardens" as can Reed's Rim and Tire Shop claim to be a "Central Gardens Business Establishment."

He lives in annesdale Snowden, not central gardens. Central gardens excludes the 2 high rises on the east side of central and south of melrose

The house is too big for me (even if I could afford it), but the three car garage would be nice. My house only has a one car garage designed for a Model A. My car is exposed to the elements and during a certain time of the year sticky sap adheres to the paint. It is a chore to clean it off.
