A great place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there

The house is too big for me (even if I could afford it), but the three car garage would be nice. My house only has a one car garage designed for a Model A. My car is exposed to the elements and during a certain time of the year sticky sap adheres to the paint. It is a chore to clean it off.

Golf course or no golf course, I'm sure it is someone's dream home.
