Palin is a very smart, successful woman who was unfairly torn apart by the media, SNL, and late-night talk shows. That said, I don't think she's the right pick for VP, and I don't think she will be. I think Trump would alienate a portion of his potential voters if he snubbed Palin and didn't even interview/consider her since she's thrown her support his way.

The odds over the past few days have plummeted on Newt. He is now less than even money. Palin is still near 40/1.

I don't see it happening.. .they'd basically be drawing from potentially the same pool of voters. My guess is it's still Newt, but we'll see.

Well, she didn't start out life as a rich person - and now she is. Isn't that some level of success.......and she did it.

Hillary is rich and influential only because she married Bill and then has allowed him to diddle with every skirt he could and publicly embarrass her - and together they've sold their souls to the highest bidders, American or not.

Tell me how Hillary is more successful that Palin on her own.............

With the chance that even Killary could beat Tramp, Palin would lose Tramp some supporters if she was his running mate. I don't think she helps his chances.

As it is now, the ONLY reason that I'm voting for Tramp is because of the SC thingy. I sure don't want another Ginsberg or Sotomayor or even a Roberts on the SC.

I think the best course of action for Trump is to call a major press conference, then ask Hillary Clinton to be his running mate.

Oh, I agree totally. I can't believe this isn't just a smokescreen to keep those that like Palin in the fold.

I honestly believe he needs to go one of two ways - 1. choose a running mate that helps secure a swing state - Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc. 2. choose a running mate that knows the ins and outs of how to get stuff done in that cesspool that is Washington.

There a folks out there that would/could fit either bill. Personally, I know that Gingrich has his issues, but he is knowledgeable and knows Washington....and is a very articulate campaigner. I doubt he would appreciably help secure any swing state........

It's hard for me to say this but I think Kasich would be the best logical choice. He could show Tramp how he did it in Ohio. Just like he told us so, so many times.
