Hah. So was I.
I don't think Palin is an answer. She's got way too much baggage and she's probably crazier than Donald Trump. And her voice should disqualify her anyway. She's not bad to look at, but when she opens her mouth it's like she honks.
My two cents: Trump needs to stay outside the establishment for his choice, otherwise all those railing for change will deduce he's just another poser.
If it were me, I'd stay as far away from typical politicians and the GOP powers as I could - which leaves you with business, military, law enforcement, media, entertainment, etc.

Observations like this put you one step short of looney-toon land. Wow!
Are you questioning her success? I'll bet she's worth quite a bit right now. I don't think Palin was reckless and exposed state secrets to countries that don't like us. Nah, you prefer to lay in the slimy gutter with your next queen - Hillary. No surprise.
What success? Not a chance in HELL that Trump puts her on the ticket. Not voting for HRC either.. But what has she done. really!!
Its great she was elected Gov of Alaska.. until she quit.
Well, she didn't start out life as a rich person - and now she is. Isn't that some level of success.......and she did it.
Hillary is rich and influential only because she married Bill and then has allowed him to diddle with every skirt he could and publicly embarrass her - and together they've sold their souls to the highest bidders, American or not.
Tell me how Hillary is more successful that Palin on her own.............
Ridiculous.
First, just being rich doesn't mean that you're necessarily all that successful.
Second, Hillary was successful before she even met Bill. She graduated from prestigious Wellesley College and was elected their first ever student speaker at commencement. She didn't meet Bill until she was a student at Yale. She graduated Yale and had worked as a lawyer on the congressional committee investigating Nixon before she was even married. And Bill wasn't elected governor until they had been married like 4 years.
Lastly, she was not born rich either. Her dad was a Navy vet who ran a small business designing and selling drapes.

Picking Palin would be a good way for Trump to lose my vote (not that he's assured of it anyway) same reason McCain lost it.

So she had basically accomplished nothing of any major significance.
And correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't she fired from the Watergate committee staff for dishonesty or ethical violations or something of the sort?
She's Forrest Gump. She's been around when history was made, but she wasn't doing the making.
But she's light years better than Bernie. I voted for her in the Texas primary just to vote against Bernie. And I really don't see much difference between her and Trump. There's a reason Trump has supported her in the past. They just aren't that far apart.

Anyone that thinks HRC would have had a career in politics if she had not met Bill Clinton is a fool. Without Bill? She would never amounted to anything beyond being a mediocre lawyer. Even with Bill... She has been an abject failure at everything she has every done...including her marriage.

Taking a VP outside the Box, Either of These Two could be Outstanding.
Both could make excellent Supreme Court nominees also .

I think it's going to be Newt Gingrich. It has to be someone that can work the halls of congress if he wants to get anything accomplished (constitutionally).

First Lady, US Senator, Sec of State...yeah, she "accomplished nothing" lol
SCHIP program...Management of the US State Department during which time we saw a 50 percent increase in exports to China, aggressive work on climate, and the effort to create and implement the toughest sanctions ever on Iran - helping to lead them to the bargaining table, etc, etc.
she is amazingly qualified to be the next US President.
