A couple of points. The book was stamped "received Dec. 14th 2015" by the presidents office at the university of Texas, the CA published a pic of it. So it was post Ole Miss game, pre bowl game. Also, one of my favorite things is it acts like the 07/08 Basketball season was real. It list us having a national championship game appearance in '08. I thought we had to act like that never happened on any "official" university stuff? Rudd must have said f 'em, it happened, print it!

The way I interpret the 07/08 basketball season... All of the games were played that season. The opposing teams counted their results as wins or losses against the UofM that year. Only the results of those games were 'vacated' by the UofM.

That being said, the UofM played the National Championship game in '08.

Kansas played in, and won, the 2008 NCAA Championship game.

That game came against Memphis.

Everybody knows that. Officially, but only as it pertains to Memphis, that game did not happen.

Also, you better damn well guarantee had Chalmers missed that shot (or whatever) and Memphis had won, it would not have been vacated.

We hate Cal - but we'll sure brag about all the accomplishments he's largely responsible for on the basketball side when we make our case to the Big 12.

I totally get why we hated him - but time has healed those wounds in my case. I don't root for the guy, not sure Im ready to celebrate him in FEF ... but I dont hate him & I recognize all he's done for the program.

Josh's utter incompetence makes Cal look better and better as the years pass.

Byu doesnt like our promo... They are still butthurt that we beat them in the Miami Beach bowl.
