Maybe, but Terry Bradshaw was #1 NFL overall pick in 1970 from a then Div 2 school.
I watched a few NDSU games over the last few years. Their QB is exceptional.
Oh wow. I didn't know that. Where did he go?
If you were asking about Bradshaw, he went to the Steelers, QBing them to 4 Super Bowl wins, and eventually being selected to the NFL Hall of Fame. What is truly amazing about the Steeler team of the 1970's is that one year, 1972 I think, 5 future HOFs were drafted by Pittsburgh.
Is that the same Terry Bradshaw who is the terrible TV analyst on Fox? The one that even Michael Strahan makes fun of for being not so bright?
Couldn't be the same guy? He played in NFL and college?
Why the hate? Bradshaw is hilarious

I assume Bradshaw is in the HOF for his post-NFL playing career in broadcasting. :-)
He has done well.

Funny story, Bradshaw only got the starting QB job at Tech because Phil Robertson (Duck Dynasty) decided he liked duck hunting more than football

That is a true story to an extent. Robertson was a year ahead of Bradshaw and Robertson left the team, but not the school, prior to his Sr. season. Bradshaw was the full time starter his Jr and Sr year, but did see a lot of playing time as a sophomore. In those days, you had true Freshman teams and games and only 3 yrs of varsity eligibility. I'm not sure if that is exactly true about the eligibility, but that is how it seemed to work.
That is the way I remember it, so before I am accused of lying by those who enjoy accusing me of that, my memory may be incorrect.

Yes, they had freshman teams back in the day (us old folks remember). Not sure on the eligibility question. He did tell that story (about Phil) one night on Leno. IIRC, they even had pictures they put up of both of them.

Sounds like these guys had excellent pro days.
I expect Blair and Middleton to make rosters while Harris and one of the WRs to make a practice squad (probably Jones due to special teams).
