Tubby is going to be fine guys. Give him time to get settled, unpack, wash his underwear etc. Tubby knows what he is doing, you guys...not so much despite everyone here being an expert. Tubby will be looking for certain players that will fit his system. They didn't look like a slow it down team when Hollins dropped 40 plus on our Joe Jackson less team. Unlike Pastner, Tubby does get it and will get the job done.

The Tigers offered 2017 power forward Lance Thomas earlier today. Hammonds is also part of the 2017 class, but is more highly touted than Thomas.

That comment makes it look like you don't know what's what. I think you know better but...

Avery was gone. No HC, outside possibly Coach K or Cal, was keeping Avery in Memphis. Has nothing to do with Tubby #winning.

Charlie may or may not come. You don't know yet. But Tubby was not recruiting him at TT. No huge shock if he's not his highest priority at Memphis. Out of town players are coming for the staff. Most of the time it doesn't stick when the staff changes. Anywhere.

Dedric may or may not be back. If he plays college ball - it will be at Memphis.

Garland is 2017 and that's a long way off. Tubby is already getting his own commitments for 2017. Garland may be one, may not.

Tubby has earned the right to build his own roster at Memphis. No need to have to try to chase after Josh's recruits. And if Tubby choses to let Keelon go, then so be it. You can't hamstring an experienced coach with a staff that he's not comfortable with. You're getting today's outlook on next year confused with the reality of building a successful long term position.

Tubby has spent his life trying to prove that coaching trumps AAU groveling, etc., if he is going to take it to the next level he's going to have to get talent. He is not a salesman, that is obvious. His assistants are all basketball coaches, not recruiters. If he had half the talent Cal had at KY , he would have beat Cal like a drum with it.

He's going to have to get some talent to win, he's not BK.

Many? That's a massive stretch. Massive. So he can get a 5-10 point guard. Great.
Many many more think he's awful. So there is that.
