UTSA is undefeated in opponents' homecoming games this season...

Guys, our D had everything to do with nicks bad game... He was harassed, hit, and pounded all game... he wasn't off... Look at the yardage. Bad decisions because of pressure. But you guys have an offense...period.

That being said... You WILL be bowling this year. USM is back next year if jucos haven't killed a scholly spots. ThTs the big thing that worries me.

Monken, for one, argues pretty vociferously that we have not done anything unsustainable in our use of Jucos / transfers. Some of them came in with 3 years to play.

I hope that's true. You guys need to be back.. I for one consider USM the flagship of the conference. We are certainly there, but USM was the first "anytime, anywhere"

Well, when you play in C-USA, it's going to be hard to beat a handful of "half decent" teams.....You truly only get 2-3 shots at an "above average" team every year, unless you're counting OOC as well.

And I'm not sure how you can claim that Monken "auctioned off some of our future" by going the JUCO route, when the majority of our players are sophomores. The transfers that we brought in from other d-1 schools have skewed the numbers this year, and Monken admitted that he had to do that for a "quick fix" solution. Look at the roster though, we have a ton of SO and JRs. Bring in 5-6 JUCOS this year and the rest high school kids and I don't see how you can say we are not worried about the future.

Well, as for your comment about not playing half decent teams in CUSA, I find that a rather arrogant comment considering USM's last three years. The teams USM has beat this year have a combined 1-15 record. Color me unimpressed.

As for your comment about signing 5-6 JC players, Monken signed 10 last year. Yep, ten. Ruff counted against this year's numbers. Sorry, that is more than 5 or 6.

and Ruff has three years to play...next

I'm not sure why people are worried about TM leaving at all, let alone leaving the cupboard bare. He's done very little to warrant such speculation and I seriously doubt he is on any "bigger" programs' radar right now.

Do y'all really think 3 wins against opponents with a combined 1 win has the P5 brass drooling?
