Beat those teams then what excuses will the pundits come up with? None..as the some are saying the American teams are becoming ever more difficult to defeat, other words we are no cupcakes or gimme win.. SOS/FPI is everything in CFB today. That what the PO committee is looking for.if AAC can put together stronger SOS schedule with the the top tier conference it will give our conference a chance to get in the PO.

2016 P5 Opponents:

Virginia (UCONN)
Purdue (Cincinnati)
NC State (ECU)
South Carolina (ECU)
Virginia Tech (ECU)
Ohio State (Tulsa)
Syracuse (USF, UCONN)
Florida State (USF)
Oklahoma (Houston)
Louisville (Houston)
Penn State (Temple)
Wake Forest (Tulane)
Baylor (SMU)
TCU (SMU)
Notre Dame (Navy)
Michigan (UCF)
Kansas (Memphis)
Ole Miss (Memphis)
Maryland (UCF)

BYU (Cincinnati)

That's what I'm talking about! but would like to see the Alabama's, LSU, Texas A&M, Georgia, Auburns on these schedules, l know these schools decide who they want to schedule, hopefully they'll come around.

I tend to agree, I think we have already surpassed the ACC and if we set our sights on the top conference eventually we can overtake them as well. It takes one big upset then the rest will fall into place.

The difficulty in getting those schools is that a lot of them won't do a home and home or neutral game with a G5 school. Other G5 conferences are willing to schedule a one-and-done pay game.
