MAC should win the EMU-BSU game and looks competitive in the rest so far. BG offense numbers are insane and they actually punted three times!

Texas Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury is not happy with Arkansas coach Bret Bielema. And lets Bielema know it (allegedly the Arkansas coach skipped the postgame handshake after the Razorbacks lost to Texas Tech).

Bielema going to get a bad reputation if he doesn't mature.

RE: News about 2015 football opponents/MAC teams not on UT's schedule
MAC came so close to having a week that would have shocked all of football, but sadly, once again, no.

- BG loses by 3 to a good Memphis team even after scoring 41 points on almost 600 yards of offense.
- CMU takes Syracuse to OT at the dome, but can't pull out the win.
- MAC step-brother UMass loses to Temple on a last second FG, after 1) getting the PAT blocked after scoring the game leading TD, 2) having Temple return the block for a 2 point defensive conversion, and 3) getting an unsportsmanlike penalty on the play to set the kickoff back 15 yards.
- Miami (who earlier was trounced by Wisky 58-0) hung with Cincy all game, leading late, only to lose by 4.
- Even lowly KSU was in the game the whole way with B1G Minnesota, but alas couldn't find anything resembling a positive yard play the entire game and loses by 3.
- And last but not least, NIU plays an outstanding game against the buck-nutty school down south, but unfortunately can't come away with a win, losing by 7.

Every one of those was a winnable game. In another universe somewhere, the MAC crushed it this week and won them all. Unfortunately, in ours we are still stuck with the losses, and a media who will use them to prove the MAC can't compete and should be relegated to a lower tier. Fortunately, the Rockets were able to represent for the conference and pull out a win, even if it was in the ugliest of fashions.
