7th seed may not sound great but considering they lost the first 4 MAC games, it didn't look good for qualifying at all. Rockets won 5 of the last 7 games to finish 5-6 in the conference. Peaking at the right time, but have a tough matchup at WMU in the 1st round.

Considering the off-season turmoil and youth this team had I'd say it was a modestly successful year and the future looks bright.

Rockets fall behind early, as WMU gets a goal less than 5 minutes in.

Rockets had scoring chances, but couldn't finish. WMU scores too more late goals, and the Rockets season ends with a 3-0 defeat.

Isa Echeverri named second team all-MAC. Congratulations to her.

So, reportedly Greer from St. Ursula was a high school all american. Impressive get? There's no real reporting of women's soccer recruiting rankings, so don't know how highly regarded she really is.

Sounds like the goalie played for a boy's team and was MVP. If that's correct it sounds impressive.

Spring soccer update. And watch for Isa Echeverri in the Olympics. There's some info in here about that too.

Poorly written 31 paragraph article (that still fits on 1 page) about coach Buchholz and the Keys to Recruiting from a paper out in Cali. I'm guessing that the "key to recruiting" appears to be knowing someone in California, but it's hard to tell.

After reading it let me know if you "See how recruiting works?"

That was a worthless story, although the writer probably is part-time making minimum wage.
