Let this season go away, let him get some PR coaching in the interim, and when he faces the media again, we see a different coach with more focus and matter of fact basketball talk.
Agree. Since he is our coach for next year, I too hope he becomes a more matter-of-fact coach and stops the over-embellishment of other teams/coaches and goofy slogans. Just where we are, what we are good or improving at, what we really need to work on, and skills we are looking for in new recruits. That's all anyone really wants to hear. I think he would gain not only more respect from the fans but the players, as well.

It is a definite cop out. Pastner is so stubborn about players following rules and being accountable. There is no justification for him to not be standing in a room full of people and talking about this season.
Maybe he is waiting until the Final Four is over. If he isn't, there is no excuse.

RE: CJP year end press conference
The Athletic Dept might should invest in a PR person to do press conferences---would take the pressure of the coaches and Bowen.
I wonder who will be the first school to have one. I might angle for a new job.

I hope the next time I see or hear a Josh Pastner press conf is when he is being introduced as head coach somewhere else and the sooner the better.
If you change the radio or TV station any time he comes on, how do you know what he is saying?
B/c its the same stupid sh!t he was saying 4 years ago.
He needs to let Fuente be his press secretary.
Fuente isn't going to be his huckleberry.

...No banquet.
Maybe he thinks the season never happened if those don't take place.
Banquet... Bowen... Budget... ?
Pattern there. Just sayin.
All we need to do is win National Championship, so one of our players who hits from threeee can tell the world how he went to bed hongry.

Saving for retirement.
I may add an extra large one this year by not renewing my basketball tickets.

It's hard to say. At this point it's been to long and I'm pretty sure I've lost interest anyway.
I really hope they start out next season white hot to rekindle the fire and excitement that used to define Tiger basketball.

Well, ESPN didn't renew Bobby Knight as analyst...
Ha
They showed him prior to announcing the NIT final. Man, he looked so pissed!

He's been looking preoccupidely pissed for a couple seasons now. To feel whole, he needs head fakes and ball fakes.
Predicting free fros is fun when you're Bobby Knight.
Hello, Is there anybobby in there?

With the current roster as it stands, do we beat Ole Miss and Ohio State?
