It felt like a good game. There was a buzz in the arena. It hasn't felt much like that since Georgetown Cuse Pitt Nova etc we're coming to Storrs.

Good game. You guys got us back this season. Glad to share a conference with you guys.

I agree with those who say this is starting to feel like a rivalry. We still have UC, but nothing wrong with having 2 rivals in the conference.

matchups absolutely matter. Husky players won't come out and say it, but If they get into the 6 slot, it's not going to break their hearts at all(well, unless SMU loses to Tulsa- then a Cincy,SMU road awaits them to get into the title game)....

Tulsa is not beating SMU at home

UConn and Temple fans ... glad to be sharing a conference with you all (for the others, it is all familiar, ha)

Other than playing an extra game, I do think the #6 seed is an advantage. No knock on Tulsa, but I wish we could avoid playing SMU in any way.

If UConn is the #6, the real winner is the conference revenue. Having the Huskies playing the first day has to greatly help attendance, concessions, etc. And I would think that Thursday will be one session too? I would be surprised if they have a session for just one game.

Anyway, you should feel honored. We're pulling for Tulsa to avoid meeting you earlier in the AACT.
