So, now coaches get a pass because their players do not play well?

Remind me why schools all over the country are paying millions for coaches again? It is silly to say the only time a coach should take blame is when his full roster is in tact and plays up to its full potential and they lose, and of course this cannot be within the first 4 years of a job because he could have left over players from the old coach and it cannot be the sixth year because we have to allow for a down year every so often. So, basically at this point we have narrowed the only possible losses in JP's tenure that could be his fault down to year 5 and only those games in which he had a full roster that all played up to their full potential. Ya, that seems reasonable... Please impart more basketball knowledge on us.
