I don't think so, they are really young even if playing home....They also had favorable schedule to start conference play and their shooting has been unreal lately, those averages are bound to get closer to the average...

Teams to beat right now IMO are La. TEch, ODU, UTEP and WKU...UAB yes will be dangerous along with MTSU...Also wouldn't count out UTSA upsetting someone..

i haven't seen you play in conference yet. or out of conference for that matter.

utsa has some talent. spanked marshall in marshall and gave us a good game. they have a lot of talent on offense. their dee struggles a bit.

I'm just razzing the WKU guys who appear to be looking for any kind of scab to pick at. I was disappointed in the crowd too. But moderately disappointed....it wasn't THAT bad.

WKU has a good team. Tech has a better team, at least tonight. Why can't folks just say they were defeated by a better team. UL@L fans still claim they had a better FB team than Tech this past season, oblivious to the fact we won by 4 TDs. I've even read WKU fans claim Tech's victory in FB was a fluke. Didn't we win that game 59-10 or so.

WKU definitely has a good BB team, but Tech was clearly better tonight.

Congrats on your win over the Techsters, much as I hate. It seems like years ago when the Techsters were still a factor nationally, the Lady Hilltoppers came to Ruston and ended a very long home winning streak.

I don't know much about WKUs history, but I think both the men and women programs have been one of the most successful in the NCAA for a very long time.

Game was not called tight at all. Lots of shoulders thrown and arms slapped on both sides. When a while game is played with this level of physicality, it is tough to call 'em all.

I know WKU fans say this a lot but I want to say it again....LOVE being in CUSA where basketball exsits beyond 2 or 3 teams. Rarely did threads like this occur on the Sun Belt board. It's fun to read and helps me waste more time at work

WKU's guards were either too slow or small to handle the pressure last night and we actually had a pretty good game rebounding the ball. Those 2 factors were the difference in the game.
