Fact - I am a moderator on this forum so I do, in fact (see what I did there?), read every thread every day.
Fact - this is a basketball thread that someone just had to throw a jab about football on
Fact - I got the gist of what the GS posters stated
Opinion - is what I posted for what was not being said.....due to previous history.
Opinion - that I am clueless and have no comprehension skills.
Fact - this has taken the thread off topic because people don't like my opinion.
Fact - you won't change my opinion, nor I yours.
Fact - I'm done posting about a previous post I made and will no longer comment on it. I will stick to basketball; although I have little to say on that subject because we suck until proven otherwise.
Fact - I will continue to monitor this and all other threads...as I have been asked to do.

Just in case you are too lazy to go back and look from the beginning of the thread, I will recap it for you. I made tried to make a joke about Southern not being all that great at basketball, a UTA fan mouthed off about us sucking at basketball, we responded, then itsmeagain came in with his usual BS, then it turned into a pissing match. I will still be be here waiting for you to find where we said we would take the conference and everyone else should just step back and let it happen (it will take you a long, long time to find that).

Hey, it's just me talking smack about a sport we're gonna crush you in. The exact same thing you've been doing about football, just this time it's about basketball, so now the shoe is on the other foot. You had the ability to talk all the smack you wanted about football, and you did. Now it's time to be on the receiving end. If you don't like it, then 1) remember that it's just the same stuff as you guys have been doing since you were invited to the conference, and 2) man up and take it like the rest of us have.

Poor southern fans dish it out when they can but go crying about it when they can't.

I don't have issues with you talking smack, you should be talking smack, just had to let good ole Catmom know that she was not accurate in her description of how things have been going in this thread. She has GS issues.

You guys were supposedly the kings of the SunBelt last year, while we were terrible. You only won by 12. If you call that a crushing loss, then good for you I guess.

They didn't really crap the bed. In the second half of the championship game Marlin put the national defensive player of the year on Hunter and totally shut him down. Hunter had exactly 0 points in the 16 minutes that Elfrid Payton guarded him. Coach Hunter did not adjust, and continued to try to force the offense through his son. That was the difference in the game.

We crapped the bed...everyone expected us to win and go the dance. But crapping the bed like that has made us stronger.
