They need to get out of the dome as soon as they can. The acoustics in their suck when you only have the lower bowl. It just does not feel like a college football game. You could barely hear either band too.

Congrats Eagles. About what we expected. My takeaway if I am a non Georgia based member of this conference...100 points and 1100 yards of offense. What's it going to be like in 2-4 to come play in Georgia? Bottom line is as we expected, we have too many injuries on OL and DL and our defense is a train wreck. I think we need a boatload of January signees, an Omaha Steaks membership and to reevaluate our DC.


Regarding Dome acoustics, it's definitely bad for the bands. Not sure it's good for bands even with 71k in there because the roof causes so much bouncing of sound. It's actually great for crowds as long as you get at least15-16k in there because it makes it seem like double that. If you have say 5k not so much because you start getting that cavernous echo effect.

What's the latest on Turner field. I realize now after going to a state game how bad GaSt needs there own smaller stadium. Dome is great for bowl games and NFL but this was my first going with a small crowd and I did not like it

Braves need to officially give their exit date. They are being asses given that they have already broken ground in the new stadium. My dream would be to play GS in the Ted 2016 in its baseball configuration right after the Braves leave.

Was a lot better before the losses mounted. Also because of losses and $8 beer there have been more students outside partying in the lots than inside the last 3 years.

Why in the baseball config?

Because the Braves leave in the fall of that year and it would still be configured that way. Why wait until 2017 or 2018. Play one or two late season games in 2016 that way before the reconstruction begins.

Seriously? Your other brethren were on here and it was actually pretty tame back and forth for a bit. Pounce FTW, Stan, itsmeagain, glsjunior, Tuscon held up their end well. Good time was had. Notice we do this with App.

And you were a no show on PT as well. I do feel bad for some of your guys since you were one of the champions of talk (didn't say you were the only one) and didn't help to back them online when it really mattered. I expected more out of you.

It's a shame, after all this time of back and forth between both programs over the years and you disappear game week.

NC State and Georgia Tech escaped us, barely. Is ULL and Arkansas State better than them? I dont normally look forward like this but im going to say GS is right now among the best of the Belt. Even if they were to lose one of the two you mentioned they would still be.

Southern is a good team. It's too bad in some ways though. This is a lost season being the second year of transition for App and GS. It's a great way to start, but don't know if they will be as good next year when it starts to matter. And I sound like a broken record, and I'm sorry for that, but we either need to get down to ten teams that play each other, or we need to get to 12 and have a championship game. There is always going to be the "but yeah, they didn't play State or UL" argument.

He's running out of personas. First delusions of grandeur, then victim, now he's above all of this non-sense he helped start. Lol. Might want to get checked for multiple personality disorder.
