I think that sums it up well. With Ellison's leadership and ability to take the game over, it seems to eliminate the wild swings of having a great game then a bad one. Having a solid OL and running attack keeps things simple and consistent.

I don't know if I would say I see him burning us for big plays... He may get 1, but our defense hardly ever gives up big plays. Yes, he will get his short completions, but our defense does a great job of keeping the WR's in front of them, and allows them to get into position for INT's.

our pass defense is extremely underrated.

I honestly don't know. Do the players really hate GSU? There is no history. My concern is the team overlooking a 1-5 GSU and coming out flat. I think for GSU, they will come out angry that their stadium is full of GS fans.

I doubt either team scores that much. Consider red zone defense, interceptions, and sacks by our team and not just the total yardage.

I don't really care which GSU wins, I just hope it's a grinder of a physical contest so that the Panthers come to Boone on 11/1 all beat up. I don't want App to be the first SB victim for GaSt. Since App has the weekend off I plan to attend just to watch the fun in the stands. I will predict that this will be by far the biggest home crowd at GaSt this year.
