Thanks, guys. It will be great to be back to normal before too long. Two fractures in two months' time is two too many! Even for a tough old coot like Mr. Whinny.

Sending you some positive bone growth vibes... not the same here without Whinny perspective. Get well soon!

Haven't had to chance to be online much. Unknown to me at the time, I fractured my hip on Labor Day. I let it go for four weeks before going in for help, when xrays showed the fracture. I'm impatiently waiting for my surgery on Halloween. I will have been walking on this fracture for almost two months. Sitting upright hurts, so I haven't been posting or reading here. Glad to see the positive posts for PJ. I think he's really making a difference for our program. Watching the Broncos is fun again!!

Yeowch. Glad to hear you'll be getting fixed up soon. Get well, Whinny!

Whinny, it is great to hear from you again. I hope that your ole medicine bottle (if I recall it is disguised as a liter of wine ) is handy and you can reach it. Keep following our Broncos, and every now and then grab the oar. Welcome back.

Always proud to be a Bronco.

First of all, hi Whinny, good to see you here. Here's to a speedy recovery. I know after two months you are looking forward to the surgery to alleviate the pain.

This goes to show she is tougher than most men. She could have been a hockey player. Baseball players go on the 15 day DL for a paper cut. Basketball players sit out a week if they have the sniffles. Football players are tough but will come off the field if they injure something but will only go back out if the team doc says they can't do any more damage. Hockey players have been known to play with broken legs, feet, ankles, teeth, jaws, etc. deep contusions and other physical ailments. Unless it is the playoffs a hockey player will sit after coming off the ice. In the playoffs thry will play through the psin even if they are just a decoy. To go a month on a fractured hip before finding out it was fractured and then going another month before having it repaired through surgery tells me all I ever needed to know about someone.

Almost forgot, your in my prayers Whinny.
