Stopped posting when we were playing good D. How do we bring pressure in the 3rd and then let him play pitch and catch on that series? We are kicking their azz w Hunt on the bench and let the D suck the momentum out...ugh

Did anyone really expect this D to pitch a 2nd half shutout?

Shot ourselves again. Penalty on the return set us back and the holding penalty took us out. Looking like the Mizzou game--made it interesting and then couldn't sustain.

Looked like Russell came down on his wrist.

I think a turnover is our only hope.

Why do we have their receiver circled by 4 guys and nobody challenges the catch?

I think Kiel needs some more fluids...or a bucket challenge.

Too bad the D didn't start blitzing until after Cincy was in the red zone. Sheesh.

Cincy has no answer for the blitz. Keep doing it.

Kiel is completely different under pressure...pressured the 3rd quarter and then went away from it on the TD drive? I don't get it. Settling for fg's really hurt us. Still can't believe Woodside dropped that TD 03-banghead

We don't seem to execute trick plays very well.

I suspect Cincinnati will go into a prevent type defense and give up the little stuff. They don't want to give up a quick score.

I always am surprised by the apparent lack of effort by defenders when a QB, any QB floats one up that looks like a jump ball type situation

That will help our running game.

Maybe not, but I'll cut Woodside some slack on that. He has really competed, and given that he had a short week to get there, I'm impressed. He isn't showing any fear or hesitation.

Not sure how that forearm shot to the head of Woodside wasn't called.

Not sure what is up with Steigerwald, that is 3 missed kicks in 3 games.

I've been just a little disappointed this season in our Senior-laden offensive line. When they collapse, they collapse huge. Can't afford to lose another QB.
