I was there this afternoon and they were shoveling all kind of stuff out a window on the 2nd floor. There is also a big opening facing lot 10 and a scissor lift or something was doing stuff around there.

It looks like the free weights for the OL/DL have been delivered.

That is hillarious! Anyone else have any updates?

Stopped to take a look after the EMU basketball game on Saturday.
1. Excavation (demo) of dirt around existing building is done.
2. Stone building pad is started but not completed.
3. Storm catch basins and site pipe are in.
4. Cassions are poured and in place for new building.

Ohio is also adding a real nice addition in their indoor practice facility. I like the addition of windows to an indoor facility. Gives it some life.

I would love to have big windows on the side facing the track and glass bowl. Natural light does so much for your phyche. Sky lights would be cool too. Could tho be retofiitted into the fetter am at some point?

Harder to run a truly closed practice.

There is a ton or natural light from those windows that are opaque in the fetterman. At night time, the artificial lighting is hardly enough IMO. Day practices are much much nicer.

The general contractor for the project will I assume be liable for some financial penalties if that is the case.
TERRY, our sub-contractor on the board, can probably fill in on any details...

Construction is looking good on campus.

I was told by one of GC's bidding on the project the liquidated damadges for going past the completion date is $3,000 per day.

Yep. And I know, it costs $$$, but a bigger video board would be great. Like the Mud Hens have where the whole thing is a video board, but you can also use part of it (like the bottom on sides) as the scoreboard.

I did hear a new sore board is being put up next year. From one end of Larimar Building to the other. From good source.
