Gee - wasn't there a society in the 1930's that was condemning a certain religious group and blaming all their national problems on them?

Hey don't interrupt CD/CD1's bigoted rant. These guys are from the Caucausas region, so they are caucasian.

Plus they grew up in the US.

Right, CD/CD1?

Gee- Isn't their a political group now that condemns Christians in the same way, while defending every kook fringe religious zealot the third world has to offer.

sorry, you can't join Hinduism... you have to be born one. You can join its cousin Buddhism!!! Pretty close to the same thing. But they have warrior monks!

Yeah, don't let reality slap you right in face. Libs fall all over themselves defending Muslims in spite of the fact that 9-11, Lockerbee, US Cole, the shoe bomber, the Time Square Bomber, the underwear bomber, Ft. Hood Bombing, the first twin tower bombing, Pope John Paul II seriously wounded in assassination attempt by terrorist Mehmet Ali Agca, suicide truck bombs in Lebanon: 1st crashed into lobby of US Marine Corps Headquarters, 241 Marines dead, 82 seriously injured, US Embassy in Kuwait targeted with a truck bomb killing 5 injuring 80, Car bomb kills 80 (22 Americans) and wounds more than 200 civilians when it drove past the checkpoint at the U.S. Embassy in Awkar, Hizballah bombed restaurant adjacent to US Air Force base in Torregon Spain, 18 servicemen killed and 83 Americans wounded.....................there are a 100 more that I can list, but I'm sure no amount of carnage will switch off your mindless defense of the Muslim faith (and your regular condemnation of the Christian faith).

How bout these, all happening on US soil.............

2010- After quarrelling with his wife over Islamic dress, a Muslim convert shoots his family members to 'take them back to Allah' and out of the 'world of sinners'. 5 dead

Feb. of this year- A Muslim targets and beheads two Christian Coptic immigrants.

A woman dies from injuries suffered when her Muslim father runs her down with a car for being too 'Westernized.' (10-20-09)

Buffalo NY 2009- The founder of a Muslim TV station beheads his wife in the hallway for seeking a divorce.

I can list 25 similar incidents if you'd like to hear them. The idiots on the left defend this religion as if they are innocent bystanders, while condemning Christian as if they are a real danger to society. Amazingly, despite monthly terrorist incidents by Muslims, you can't even acknowledge that the Muslim community has a problem. But you have no problem pointing a finger at ALL Christians, even though their modern day track record IS SAINTLY in comparison.

RE: Explosion at Boston Marathon
Chip, I agree that radical Islam is worse than any other religions most radical. I think all religions are bad. What you're not getting is that people are defending Islam because there is a lot of hate speech coming out against Muslims. I cited that "kill 'em all" tweet as an example. How often that guy shows up on Fox isn't very important. It shows that there is some hateful anti-Muslim sentiment out there, and people feel a need to clarify that it's not fair to blame all Muslims for what extremists do. Also, you're out of your mind if you think Christians are being persecuted and Muslims are experiencing the opposite. It seems like you're basically saying 'Christians are being stereotyped as bible thumping crazies even though they aren't by the same people who are defending Muslims from being stereotyped as terrorists even though they are.' Obama is a Christian. No one assumes that he is a radical Christian or worries that he will impose Old Testament law. Sohail Mohammed is a Muslim judge that Chris Christie appointed to NJ's Superior Court. Christie had to defend him against attacks from his own party saying that Mohammed would impose Sharia Law. “Sharia law has nothing to do with this at all. It’s crazy!” -Christie (relevant article from which I found that quote http://forward.com/articles/160354/the-t...ent/?p=all) Bottom line is that Muslims are subject to way more bigotry and unfair treatment than any Christian in the US.

About the gun vote. You really need to understand that you're way off on everything you are saying. There are 53 Democrats in the Senate. There are 2 Independents, I think they both caucus with Dems, so basically 55. 54 Senators voted for expanded background checks. It's true that some Democrats voted no (4 or 5 including Harry Reid who did so for procedural reasons and supports the bill.) It's also true that one fewer Republicans voted yes (3 or 4.) In the end 54 of the Senators voted yes, that is a majority. You need to read this post and realize that happened or else you will look silly when you say that Obama couldn't get a majority to support his bill. He needed 60 because the Republican did some procedural things to make it so he needed 60.

The Dems had the simple majority, and figured the usual suspects in the Republican party would give them the Super Majority. The usual suspects being Lindsay Graham, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Mark Kirk, John McCain, Chuck Grassley, Saxby Chamblis, and Dean Heller. All big RINOs.

Unfortunatly, some of those they thought they could count on were from states like Alaska where it's the kiss of death to vote for any kind of gun control.

Quote:Also, you're out of your mind if you think Christians are being persecuted and Muslims are experiencing the opposite.
Would you like me to post the list of Christians murdered by Muslims for the simple reason that they were Christians. It's a long list.

And as long as we keep enabling Muslims by saying things like
Quote:Bottom line is that Muslims are subject to way more bigotry and unfair treatment than any Christian in the US.
then they will continue the bad behavior. Too many confuse frowning on bad behavior as bigotry.

Anzor Tsarnaev, the suspects' father in an interview with CNN:

People you say are "defending Muslims" aren't defending Muslims who commit violence. They are defending Muslims who don't from being wrongfully suspected of being violent extremists. If someone feels the need to remind people that it's only a small minority of Muslims who do things like this, it's only because people tend to make it reflective of the group as a whole in a way they don't do with Christian extremists. No one is saying "This is only a small minority, and hey maybe they had their reasons." They're defending the group as a whole from having be implicated in this.

That interview was cut short by Russian agents wanting to take him in for interrogation.

Suspect #2 may be down and possibly dead. Hiding in a boat under a tarp and LE fired many rounds. It might be awhile, as his bro had an explosive vest on and he may, as well.

I wanted them to get him alive for obvious reasons.

They are saying that the suspect is alive, still moving but is surrounded.

Apparently he's alive, hiding on a Boston Whaler. Would be nice to find out who trained him, but other than that would prefer him dead. No doubt we can get a lot of valuable info out of him using the administrations tough interrogation techniques............intense foot tickling, exposure to endless Perry Como music, fingernails on a chalkboard. He'll talk. 04-bow

The bomb was placed inside a pressure cooker filled with ball bearings for shrapnel. How many more people have to be killed by pressure cookers? Isn't it time we register pressure cookers. And I don't want to hear that if we register them than only criminals will have pressure cookers. Same for ball bearings. Let's limit the number you can purchase. Is there anyone who needs enough ball bearings to fill a pressure cooker? Of course not.

If pressure cookers weren't readily available at Kohls, Target, or Walmart, this tragedy might have been avoided.

...because it has to be about gun rights. Dik.

Good news. When the officers were chasing the two brothers stolen vehicle, brother #2 pulled his weapon of choice out and threw it at the trailing police car in the hope he could blow it up. Luckily, the lid came off the pressure cooker and it did not explode.

Thanks to a weapon malfunction those officers are alive today. True story.
