RE: FAU at South Carolina
FAU fails to score on fourth-and-goal from 5. 'Had a man open short, but Smith went to the back of the end zone. It was high but should have been caught.

Huge catch by Jason Harmon on a third-and-six for a first down, but then Harmon stiff-arms a defender and runs almost for a TD. A challenge brings the ball back. Harmon's knee was down. FAU first down FAU first down at the SC 47.

RE: FAU at South Carolina
FAU fumbles it away at the SC 42. More wasted yardage.

FAU with ball and running well. 8:00 to play, still down 38-16. Receivers are dropping balls. All-time leading receiver Gent is suspended for this game. Drive stalls and FAU punts. SC starts at own 12. 6:34 to play.

RE: FAU at South Carolina
SC has almost 300 yards rushing. 3:00 to play and SC is trying to run out the clock. Now, they just took a timeout. Check that. As the game winds down, Spurrier is throwing all over the field.

SC goes for it on fourth with this lead and less than 2:00 to play and fails. Spurrier is such a loser.

FAU throws four times with the Owl second- and third-stringers playing and turns it over on downs.

Final: South Carolina 38 - FAU 16
