Incorrect. The 1941 Toronto Maple Leafs trailed in the Stanley Cup finals 3-0. They won the next 4 games to win the Cup. So, the Leafs had to win games 4, 5, 6, and 7 to win the Cup.

The 1941 Maple Leafs was the first pro franchise to comeback from a 3-0 deficit to win a best-of-seven series. Since then, only the 1975 New York Islanders and the 2004 Boston Red Sox have done the same.
