Rest in Peace: Pete Rose
Let's take a moment to honor the life of Pete Rose, baseball legend.
He worked hard, and made the most of his talents. He perfected his swing and batting strategies, achieving heights no one else did. He never bet against his team, having faith that they would play better. He also served in the Army reserve during the early part of his career, along with hall of fame catcher Johnny Bench.
With all the cheating, fraud and deception we see in the world, I really don't think what Pete did was that bad, and I hope they put him in the hall of fame, as his achievements deserve it.
Rest in Peace, Pete Rose.

RIP Pete.
Never played baseball much, but I modeled my swing on Pete's crouch with the bat behind the head.
