She’s an exciting hire. I hope she can get some traction and improve the program, because it’s been in the dumps for a long, long time.

She checks all the boxes, for sure. But then again, so have many others, or they wouldn’t have been hired.

I would say the best thing she has is local coaching success at both the high school and college level. She will be able to recruit Chicago well. No doubt she has deep connections.
