Ya got me, JRsec. Using Matt Brown's name was a nice touch.

I was all over it until the end of the article where it stated that a kid who was a senior at Bensalem High School (my alma mater) submitted the story. Nobody from Bensalem gets a scoop like that.

Yeah, I missed most of the day with a funeral and then had trouble with the truck coming back from a state away. Got home late saw this on another board and even though I caught it right away because FSU and Clemson had not withdrawn from the ACC and therefore there could be no Big 10 offer without legal ramifications, when I saw the kid called himself Matt Brown, I thought good enough for a late attempt on April 1.

Not bad, not fantastic, but humorous, nonetheless. Had the disclaimer not been top left and if the kid had called himself RoyalNole or something like that maybe it's better.

I used to live in Bensalem for many years.

For me, the tell was that Notre Dame would begin discussions with the B1G to join in 2025. ND just re-upped with NBC, so that would be highly unlikely. There's also the fact that ND would be on the hook to the ACC if it were to join another conference for football.

I liked the bio. Not THE Matt Brown, but rather *A* Matt Brown. Hilarious!

I’ve talked to Matt Brown—that kid most definitely is not Matt Brown, or at least not the credible one who works out of Chicago.
