Seems like the Atlantic Coast or Pacific Coast 12 would be better choices.

You forgot Boise St ---> Pac 12. Which might actually happen, come to think of it.

The USCGA is tiny—I think you automatically make the football team just be getting accepted.

According to Wikimedia the Coast Guard Academy has 1,095 students. The Naval Academy has 4,576. (Army/Air Force about the same). The Merchant Marine Academy has 1,011.
