With the news that Marlin Ikenberry deciding to step down at the end of this season, I figured I might as well create a thread to get this started.

Is this Jeff Bourne’s last search or do you think the next AD will take this one over given how late the baseball season ends?

I definitely think we need to hire a sitting head coach from a lower league (CAA, SoCon, Big South, or ASUN).
